I understand that it was not Rosalee Glass's intention to serve as a therapist, psychologist, psychiatrist,  perform any diagnosis, treat any disorder, serve as psychotherapist, hypnotherapist, psychoanalyst, communication therapist, sex therapist, addiction therapist or counselor, marriage counselor, or member of the clergy, and that she has never represented herself in this capacity to me. I also understand that no therapy -- psychological, marital, addiction, sex, or communication hypnotherapy or any kind of therapy whatsoever will be done at any time; nor will there be any formal evaluations.

This Release and Waiver will apply to any and all follow-up or subsequent telephone calls or email exchanges I may have with Rosalee Glass. I also understand that all email or telephone communications will be completely personal and confidential. I also understand that photos and videos I sent will only be used for the purpose of my evaluation and personal opinion analysis by Rosalee Glass. If any legal actions should occur, all of Rosalee Glass's attorney fees and any additional costs including travel will be paid for by me.
